The Humiliation And Exaltation Of Christ

Oct 11, 2026  •  Pastor Chris Parker

Good morning, and welcome to Walnut Grove Worship Online! We're so glad you're worshiping with us today!

This morning, Pastor Chris continues our series in Philippians with a message from Philippians 2:5–11, “The Humiliation and Exaltation of Christ.”

In this powerful passage, Paul points us to the eternal Son of God, who humbled Himself, took the form of a servant, and became obedient to death—even death on a cross. But the story doesn't end at the cross! God has highly exalted Jesus Christ, and one day every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
